The room we had included a fridge, an electric kettle and an individual safe. Everything was good during our stay but disappointing aspect was very small bathroom. The venue was set in the central position right by the main streets, shops and restaurants downtown.
The hotel staff was not particularly helpful.

It was a nice base for our really really nice stay. This accommodation had a central setting very close to everything in Banff. We were in a hurry, nonetheless the buffet breakfast looked satisfactory.

Glorious view, a little balcony, fine bed, too. Exceptional service offered too. The beach there was amazing, the hotel was located near the shore. There was pleasant beach restaurant with awesome meals.

The hotel was in front of such local attractions as canadian ski museum west. Really GREAT location. We would have extended the stay. Saltlik is literally 400 ft away. Extremely super bed.
